Job Description
Job Summary:
The HR Manager supports the people management functions that underpin the business culture. The HR Manager originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Drive operational excellence - build internal transfer processes and tools that ensure a high quality employee experience as well as compliance with Glassbeam policies, maintain process and policy documentation including training materials, Intranet resources, etc.
  • Develop strong partnerships – Work with hiring managers/leads to understand job requirements, effectively partner with recruitment agencies to source relevant profiles
  • Systematic follow up with candidates until they come on board, and perform all joining formalities for qualified candidates
  • Engage with all employees on a regular basis to ensure that they have the right environment for efficient working. Manage rewards and recognition programs
  • Coordinate Travel/Hotel booking and other administration needs like house keeping Facility maintenance, housekeeping, contract management, space planning, etc.
  • Manage all employee benefits designed for glassbeam employees
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of HR or Recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR or related field
  • Experience in managing company-wide programs
  • Experience with recruiting systems and applicant tracking requirements
  • Successful record of building and improving operational processes and procedures, ability to drive program efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated program ownership and consistent delivery on commitments - great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
  • Experience identifying and resolving issues independently - solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment
  • Customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations - ability to serve multiple customers (employees, managers, HR)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing decision makers as well as setting and managing expectations
  • Graduate degree and/or MBA preferred
