Description:
Customer sites working experience in either Deployment or Maintenance Support of IN Applications.
Good working knowledge on IN application suite
Customer sites working experience with multiple elements inter-networking is must
Good expertise on HP Tru64Unix, Solaris, Linux or any other flavor of Unix
Good analytical skills to understand and troubleshoot complex network problems
Working knowledge of Oracle Database administration
Knowledge of telecommunications signaling protocols (SS7, INAP, CS1)
Descriptive knowledge on GSM networks
Very good inter personal communication and customer handling skills, ability to work in distributed global teams
Knack towards troubleshooting Platform and HW problems
Preference : Prior Experience on Alcatel-Lucent's Payment and Charging applications and OSP platforms.
