Description:
Working As a Portal and Middleware PM for managing end to end deliveries on this track. Responsible for customer and team coordination, bridging any gaps, planning, estimating, reporting, controlling and driving timely delivery with high quality.
Mandatory Skills
* Experience as Delivery Manager in End-to-End Enterprise Level Webportal projects.
* Experience with Oracle WebCenter Suite and Fusion Middleware.
* Managing time & material and fixed price, fixed date projects.
* Leading cross functional teams and manage performance on a daily basis maintining close coordination and tracking between customers, partners, vendors and onsite/offshore teams.
* Managing client relationships & expectations
* Management the development teams aligned with the Agile and SCRUM methodology.
* Timely reporting and communication to all stakeholders.
* Accustomed to act as central point of contact, both internally and for our clients and you deliver what you promise.
* Extensive experience in managing technical specialists, specialists and Tech Leads.
* Understand the concepts of a software development project and can appreciate the complexities that are usually involved and can understand the technical speak
* Have a strong technical background.
* Pragmatic, but doesn't skip on process/procedures.
* Motivator for employees in the project
* Ability and drive to - if necessary - perform under high pressure.
* Know the how to preserve focus on results in the teams and projects in a turbulent environment.
* Document PM artifacts (issues reports, weekly status reports, milestone docs, task management tools (dependent on the size of the project) and is disciplined enough to do so consistently
* You have experience with the development of websites and/ or applications
* Affinity and experience in managing concept- and design projects is desirable
Preferred Skills
* Experience with SOA enabled applications using Oracle Fusion Middleware and the SOA Suite for integration.
* Experience with Oracle database/PLSQL.
* Knowledge in Java, JSP, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, Struts, JSF, and Struts.
* Experience in exposing and consuming Web Services
* Having experience in high-level and low-level design activities for Webcenter Portal Application projects and ADF Projects.
* PMP/Price 2 Certification
