Experience : 2 - 5 yrs.
Job Description:
- Experience in different technologies or product like Windows 2003/2008 server, SQL Server, Sharepoint Server etc
- Experience in migration from windows 2003 to windows 2008 environment
- Strong technical knowledge in protocol like TCP, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP etc
- Experience in configuration of various protocols like HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SMTP
- Familiar in Installing, Configuring & administrating VSTFS server, DNS, ADS, DHCP, IIS, FTP services
- Should have good knowledge in windows 2000/2003/2008/XP operating system installation
- Ability to troubleshoot both hardware & operating systems issues
- Resolve medium to complex network support issues related to network design specification
- Coordinate with ISPs to identify & resolve problems related to link performance and routing issues
- Provide 24/7 on-call business coverage whenever necessary
- Analyze & troubleshoot traffic flow, performance issues and hardware issues
- Able to work with client to assist the branch office VPN design, configure & implementations
- Familiarity with server backup applications (Symantec / Veritas Backup- Exec, Arcserve)
- Good interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
