Job Description

As a Network Engineer / Network Specialist your main responsibility will be to interact with clients, understand their needs and provide technical support to customers and partners from all across the world using Cisco’s products via the telephone, through e-mail and/or remote access.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Receiving and resolving complex issues and meeting customer needs
  • Working with customers, partners and internal teams to solve problems
  • Using debugging tools and lab simulations to analyze problems and identify solutions
  • Keeping up-to-date with new technology products in order to provide support as soon as they are launched in the market
As a Network Engineer / Network Specialist you will:-
  • Continually learn about in-depth networking issues – and strive to achieve CCIE status [Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert]
  • Be aware of the most recent products and technologies
  • Be a technical expert in one or more technologies
  • Be partnered with worldwide leading company in networking with centers throughout the globe
  • Be part of a strong team
  • Work with customers from around the world.
Skills Required:

  • Networking Design, Implementation and/or Troubleshooting experience
  • Willing to work in 24*7 Support
  • Prior experience of voice based technical support
  • CCVP / CCNA-Voice preferred
  • CCNA certification is mandatory
  • Exposure to Voice over IP / TDM circuits
  • Know-how of Call Signaling Protocols - SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP

Other Required Skills:

·         Ability to work as part of a team to get resolution to client issues
