Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitors Government Bids & Tenders
  
• Prepare tender documents like RFP/RFI/RFQ submission for the Company
  
• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts and create a comprehensive and persuasive response to customer-issued request for Proposals, Business Reviews
  
• Responsibile for maintaining and managing all master contractos.
  
• Responsible to maintain master agreements and track renewals
  
• Manage and execute all compliant and legal related documents and enquiries
  

Requirements:

• Graduate, Post Graguate with minimum 5+ years of experience in handing Government Tenders/Bids.
• Good customer service, work ethics and results oriented
• Strong in organizing and prioritizing skills and enjoys working in a team
• Technically strong in MS-Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) 
• Good business writing skills in English
• Should have good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Should have past experience in managing contracts and legal documents.
• Shpould be proficient and knowledgeable in the contractual terms and obligations.
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal

Preferable:

• Analyzes sale data, extract and define relevant information; interprets data for the purpose of determining past sales performance and/or to project a sales proposal
• Provide recommendation and initiatives based on researched and analyzed data and market trend
• Compile and analyze strategic/target account metrics including profit analysis, build reports for management and sales meetings
• Researches and evaluates current economic conditions and gather market intelligence
