Title : Audio Driver Developer

Job Function:
Candidate is expected to develop audio software and technology in real-time embedded system, drive features planning, platform and overall product integration, and support commercial software and firmware releases. Candidate is required to have extensive knowledge and practical experience in voice and audio system design and analysis, proficiency in embedded software development practices and processes, and practical experience with customers services.
Skills/Experience:
• Strong team work and communication (written and verbal) skills
• 3-5 years of experience developing commercial embedded software
• Proficient in C/C++ programming language and embedded programming industry experience
• Proficient in software version control management and processes
• Hardware programming knowledge including ability to read schematics
• Experience with logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, JTAG, and other debugging tools and equipment
• Coursework in operating systems, data Structures, computer architectures, and computer/electrical engineering
• Knowledge of audio & voice systems, including speech and audio codecs.
Responsibilities:
- Driving and coordinating audio software and firmware releases
- Actively involved in audio and voice system bring up, integration and test, and quality level testing on development and commercial platforms and products
- Developing platform-based audio and voice services and drivers
- Debugging complex audio and voice system issues in real-time embedded, multi-processors environments
- Supporting issue resolution with internal and external customers
