·         Should have good oral and written communication skills.
·         Should be a Programmer in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript.
·         Should have knowledge in any of the Frame work e.g.: cake PHP, symphony.
·         Should have sound knowledge of PHP.
·         Should be capable of handling small & medium scale projects.
·         Should have hand on experience working on PHP, MySQL, Apache projects individually.
·         Should have knowledge in XML, Joomla, OS Commerse, CMS, Payment Gate way integration.
·         Should have knowledge on Web server.
·         Should have good knowledge in AJAX.
